Baby and child modelling in Brighton and Hove
MA4B considers babies, children and family groups from Brighton and Hove, Shoreham, Lewes, Worthing and nearby coastal communities. The opening application can be completed with recent home photographs and correctly measured sizes.
Some briefs may use Sussex locations; others can involve London or a different production base. The family sees the known details before deciding, and there is no obligation to accept work that conflicts with the child’s routine.
Images for coastal applicants
Photographs do not need a beach or landmark backdrop. A plain wall and soft daylight help the child remain the focus. Supply a close-up and a full-length view, avoiding sunglasses, hats, filters and group shots.
Replace the images when they cease to be an honest representation. This is particularly important for babies, whose appearance and sizes may alter over a short period.
Planning beyond Brighton
When a casting is in London, allow for peak travel, transfers and possible waiting at the venue. When it is elsewhere on the coast, check road conditions and parking. The decision should account for feeds, naps, nursery, school and the journey back.
Questions worth asking
Has the child been booked? A casting invitation is not confirmation of work.
How will the material be used? Read the media, territory and duration attached to any usage payment.
Are expenses included? Confirm mileage, rail fares or parking before travelling.
The client determines who fits its campaign. MA4B handles appropriate submissions and communication, but ethical representation does not include a guarantee of earnings.
