Portsmouth Baby Modelling
Baby and child modelling in Portsmouth
Families in Portsmouth, Southsea, Fareham, Gosport and Havant can apply to MA4B with recent photographs and accurate information. Depending on the campaign, opportunities might be based in Hampshire, elsewhere on the South Coast or farther afield.
The agency does not promise that castings will be local. Parents should review the actual postcode, call time and likely duration before accepting, especially where harbour crossings, motorway traffic or a longer London journey could affect the child’s routine.
Photographs that help casting teams
Use a plain setting and indirect daylight. Send a clear facial photograph and a full-length image showing the child alone in simple clothing. Avoid filters, hats and group pictures. A smartphone image is suitable if it is sharp and recent.
Include current measurements, the child’s date of birth and the Portsmouth-area postcode. Mention experience where relevant, but first-time models can also be considered when their profile matches a client brief.
South Coast travel and production days
Allow extra time for traffic and parking around the coast. Bring feeds, nappies, spare clothes and familiar activities, together with anything specifically listed by wardrobe or production. If a child is unwell or cannot manage the day, tell the agency as early as possible.
Questions to ask before accepting
- Is this a casting, fitting, recall or confirmed booking?
- What are the fee, usage terms and payment timescale?
- Are mileage, rail travel or parking included?
- What documents are required for the child performance licence?
Representation cannot guarantee paid work. MA4B proposes suitable children, but the production’s casting team makes the final decision for each role.
